This Pecan Pie is everything you would want from the classic pie - a shortbread style crust that's both buttery and flaky. A filling full of crushed pecans, caramel undertones, gelatinous texture, and hints of cinnamon. It doesn't get any better than this!

Each pie makes 10-12 slices. This can be kept in the fridge, covered for up to 10 days.
