DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE I CAN VISIT?

We don't have a physical location open to the general public, we operate out of a commercial kitchen in Costa Mesa located in an industrial area. We do however, offer pick up from this location if you order ahead. Simply choose pick up at checkout and your desire date and time and we will send you instructions on how to find us. 

I NEED MY DELIVERY TO ARRIVE ON A CERTAIN DATE. CAN I REQUEST THIS?

We ship orders every Monday and shipping takes 1 day for SoCal 2-3 days for all others locations. 


At the point of checkout you can now select the shipping date you would prefer up to 1 month in advance. Simply select the date closest to the day you will need these cookies, allowing 1-2 days of unforeseen shipping carrier delays. 

WHERE CAN I FIND THE NUTRITION FACTS?

We now have all available nutritional facts for our items viewable on each individual product page. 

HOW DO I STORE MY COOKIES?

Our cookies and all other baked goods are best kept in the fridge, covered well and will last 10-14 days. For the best texture we suggest enjoying straight from the fridge. 


If you would like your cookies to last longer, they also freeze and defrost seamlessly. Simply store in an airtight container for up to 3 months and let thaw on the counter for 1-2 hours before enjoying. 

HOW LONG DO MY COOKIES LAST?

Our cookies last 10-14 days refrigerated and up to 3 months frozen. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DELIVERY IS LOST STOLEN OR DAMAGED?

We automatically add Route Package Protection to all orders for the off chance that your package doesn't arrive to you safely. Due to the perishable nature of our products during the summer we especially insist on keeping this insurance applied to your order. The process for receiving a replacement order or requesting a refund (minus tax + shipping) if extremely seamless and quick.

You can choose to remove Route Package Protection from your order however upon doing so we do not hold any liability for lost stolen or damaged in transit packages and will be unable to assist you further.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR THOSE WITH CELIAC?

Our kitchen is a dedicated gluten free space. We operate in the space exclusively so our products are safe to consume for those with celiac disease. 

DO YOU DO CATERING FOR LARGER ORDERS?

We are currently working a catering specific menu however for any orders for 50 guests or more please reach out to ask@nowherebakery.com and we can discuss options. Alternatively, our 14 Pack Everything Sampler is a great option for those that want to offer our desserts at an event.

DO YOU EVER OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We do not offer free shipping. However we do offer a flat rate price when you spend $50 or more. Due to the fact that we send our orders with insulated liners, ice packs and send via express methods, this all ends up being very costly. As we are still a small and new business our shipping rates are extremely high compared to the Amazon's of the world. So we try to offer a price that is discounted but still keeps us in business 😉
