Do You Use Cane Sugar In Your Products?
We sweeten all our products with organic coconut sugar and organic maple syrup.
The vanilla extract we currently use does contain unrefined cane sugar, this is used during the extraction process of the vanilla bean, and the amount present per teaspoon of vanilla equates to less than 1g. This works out to be less than 0.25g in each cookie.

Do You Have A Physical Store I Can Visit
We don't have a physical location open to the general public. We operate out of a production facility in SoCal and ship all orders Nationwide. We do however sell our products to select Grocers and Coffee Shops. Check out our store locator here to find a stockist near you.
How Long Does Shipping Take
Due to a substantial increase in orders, we're working around the clock to fulfill everyone's requests promptly.
Orders will be handled in the sequence they are received, leading to significant delays from our usual turnaround time.
Rest assured, you'll receive email updates as we process your order, including tracking information once labels are generated.

How Do I Store My Cookies
Our cookies and all other baked goods are best kept in the fridge, covered well and will last 30 days.
For the best texture we suggest enjoying straight from the fridge, or if you like you can heat your item up in the toaster oven or microwave for a warmed up version.
If you would like your cookies to last longer, they also freeze and defrost seamlessly. Simply store in an airtight container for up to 6 months and let thaw on the counter for 1-2 hours before enjoying.
How Long Do My Cookies Last
Our cookies last up to 30 days refrigerated and up to 6 months frozen.
What Happens If My Delivery Is Lost Stolen or Damaged
We automatically add Package Protection to all orders for the off chance that your package doesn't arrive to you safely. Due to the perishable nature of our products during the summer we especially insist on keeping this insurance applied to your order.
The process for receiving a replacement order or requesting a refund (minus tax + shipping) is extremely seamless and quick.
To start the claim process please follow the following link - HERE you will need your order number from us to submit, which is found in your original email receipt.
You can choose to remove Package Protection from your order however we highly discourage it as upon doing so we do not hold any liability for lost, stolen or damaged packages and will be unable to assist you further.
Are Your Products Safe For Those With Celiac
We are currently in the process of attaining our Gluten Free certifications.
Our kitchen is a dedicated gluten free space. We operate in the space exclusively so there is no risk of cross contamination in our facility.
What Allergens Are Processed In Your Facility
In our facility, we handle Almond, Coconut, and Peanuts.
Despite our rigorous cleaning and sanitizing practices between production runs, we cannot ensure complete avoidance of cross-contamination.
Therefore, we advise individuals with allergies to these foods to refrain from purchasing from us.
Do You Offer Free or Discounted Shipping
We currently offer $10 flat rate shipping throughout the Contiguous U.S when you spend $50 or more and free shipping when you spend $100 or more.
Please note we do not ship outside of the U.S or to the following: American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Do You Ship To P.O Boxes
We do not ship to PO Boxes. To avoid delays dispatching your order please refrain from providing a PO Box as your shipping address.

My Ice Pack/Cookies Arrived Warm. Are they safe to eat?
Yes, they are perfectly safe to eat.
We add ice packs to help keep the integrity of our cookies during the shipping process. Our ice packs (especially during summer months) aren't meant to stay cold the entire way.
We advise refrigerating our cookies to help prolong the shelf life, however they will not go bad/stale during the shipping process so long as they haven't been delayed in transit for more than 5 days.
