Nationwide Delivery: We proudly offer nationwide delivery with a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for orders totaling $50 or more and free shipping for purchases of $100 or more. This promotion is valid for all states except Alaska and Hawaii, where regular shipping rates apply.

Exclusions: Regrettably, we do not ship to Puerto Rico or Military bases.

Packaging Assurance: To maintain the quality of our desserts, we take extra care in packaging. All shipments are equipped with ice packs and insulated liners to ensure your treats arrive firm and delicious. In the rare event that your order arrives 1-2 days later than scheduled or with warm ice packs, rest assured that your cookies are still fresh. Simply place them in the fridge to firm up again. 

Route Package Protection: For added peace of mind, we offer Route Package Protection at checkout. This optional insurance policy covers your package in the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit. If your case is approved, you have the choice of receiving a replacement order or a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees or taxes. By opting out of Route Package Protection at checkout, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any items that may be damaged, delayed, stolen, or lost in transit.
