Saphira was tinkering with our snackies recipe (more to come there) and 'accidentally' made what she calls the best soft baked chocolate chip cookie ever. Like, this rivals ones filled with butter. eggs and white flour, it actually tastes like it has all of these in it! It's crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. And to take it to that next level buttery vibe? Pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds, it's pure soft baked cookie heaven.
